Mark “Gersh” Gersmehl (born July 29, 1954) is a Christian musician who is best known as one of the founding members of the Christian rock group White Heart.
In the meantime, Gary Lunn left the band to become a studio musician, and was replaced with Tommy Sims.

At the time that he became a classmate to White Hearts future lead singer, Rick Florian, when he stood in for the lead singer of his roommate's band.

He and guitarist Billy Smiley were the only two original members of the band to stay with White Heart from its conception in 1982 through its disbandment in 1998.
