Opera provides a barometer of well-informed popular European culture in the early 19th century: in 1817 Giovanni Pacini brought druids to the stage in Trieste with an opera to a libretto by Felice Romani about a druid priestess, La Sacerdotessa d'Irminsul ("The Priestess of Irminsul").
She returned to the Teatro della Canobbiana for several more appearances later that year, including Joseph Weigl's L'imboscata, the premiere of Cesare Pugni's Il contrabbandiere, and the house's first stagings of Giovanni Pacini's Il falegname di Livonia (Catterina) and De Moyana's Emma di Fondi (Emma).
She notably created roles in the world premieres of operas by Vincenzo Bellini, Gaetano Donizetti, Simon Mayr, Giovanni Pacini, Luigi Ricci, and Giuseppe Verdi.

In 1826 she sang in the premiere of Giovanni Pacini's La gelosia corretta at La Scala and returned to that house the following year to perform the role of Adele in the world premiere of Vincenzo Bellini's Il pirata.
