Mrs. Judy Roxas visited LSAC to turn-over the proceeds of a benefit concert of Ogie Alcasid, Randy Santiago and Zsa Zsa Padilla that was used in the construction of the Covered court roof.
What was supposed to be a two-week temporary replacement to the show's original hosts (Pops Fernandez, Zsa Zsa Padilla, and Carmina Villaroel), became a commercial success and landed a more permanent contract for the two new hosts.
Padilla was born as Esperanza Padilla in 1964, the daughter of actor and sportsman Carlos “Sonny” Padilla, Jr. who served as the referee in the Ali-Frazier world heavyweight boxing match.
