On May 6, 2009, Keller filed a lawsuit against EA Sports and the NCAA in an attempt to recover damages for the likenesses of college athletes being used in the NCAA Football and NCAA Basketball series.

Senyo Amoaku

After trying his hand successfully in many sports Senyo undertook a hip-hop career that would have him perform alongside the likes of The Black Eyed Peas, Tha Liks, Jerry Heller, The Nappy Roots and many more, shortly after meeting his manager he booked his first national commercial with AOL, this began a string of national spots including EA Sports and Kraft Foods DiGiorno's Pizza.

She's Got Me Dancing

The song has been used occasionally in the media, including the advertising of PlayStation 3 game EyePet, a television commercial for the iPod Touch, features on the EA Sports video game FIFA 10 and is also one of the songs available to dance to on Just Dance 3.

Stephan El Shaarawy

On 25 July 2013, EA Sports announced through their Facebook page that they had featured El Shaarawy on the Italian cover of FIFA 14, alongside global cover star Lionel Messi.

On June 22, 2011, Stamkos was named the cover athlete to the EA Sports NHL 12 video game.

The Casanovas

Born to Run was featured on the soundtrack of video game publisher EA Sports' title, Rugby 06, as well as being the main song for Melbourne based video game developers IR Gurus' title, AFL Premiership 2006, whilst Shake It was used in three Videogames: F1 2011 (Codemasters), WRC 4 (Evolution Studios) and This is Football 2005 (London Studio) .

This Is Football

Although popular enough for numerous installments, This Is Football has always trailed in sales to EA's FIFA series and Konami's International Superstar Soccer and Pro Evolution Soccer series, although it has been suggested that this is due to the much larger marketing spend on "FIFA" and "Pro-Evo".
