Hulk: The End

Written by Peter David, pencilled by Dale Keown and inked by Joe Weems, the story depicts a possible future for the Hulk like all of the other The End stories.


Abraham Hulk Senior

There exists a fine art family of Hulk painters as not only was Abraham Hulk Senior also referred to as Abraham Hulk the Elder, a painter, but so was his brother, Johannes Frederik Hulk Senior (1829–1911) and his sons Willem Frederik Hulk (1852–c. 1880), Johannes Frederik Hulk Junior (1855–1913) and Abraham Hulk Junior (1876–1898) too.

There is a similarity between this Hulk family of painters and the Dommersen family of Dutch painters like Pieter Cornelis Dommersen and his son William Raymond Dommersen who also settled in England from the Netherlands and were also all marine painters.

Alex Shane

The mainstream Earth-616 version of Bereet first appeared in The Incredible Hulk #269 (March 1982), and continued to appear in the series in The Incredible Hulk #270-282 (April 1982-April 1983), #285 (July 1983), and #287 (September 1983).

By 2011, Feminist Hulk garnered over 40,000 followers and was included in Amanda Palmer's "Most Amusing Tweets of the Year" song.

Hiro-Kala

The character next features in the story-line of "Dark Son" from writers Greg Pak and Scott Redd, which runs bi-weekly in Incredible Hulks #611-617, the renamed Incredible Hulk comic book (as it will feature Hulk, Red She-Hulk, Skaar, She-Hulk, A-Bomb and Korg), leading on from events in the "Fall of the Hulks" and "World War Hulks" storylines.

HMS Calypso

HMS Calypso (1883), a Calypso-class corvette launched in 1883, used as a training ship for the Newfoundland Royal Naval Reserve from 1902, renamed HMS Briton in 1916, sold in 1922 and used as a storage hulk, and now awash north of Lewisporte.

Hulk 2099

As with many other Marvel 2099 characters, Hulk 2099 was a futuristic re-imagining of the original Hulk.

Many years afterwards, during a Fantastic Four storyline featuring a delirious Hulk rampaging through Las Vegas, the latter howled Jarella's name, as one of the 3 greatest tragedies that he considered to have befallen him, along with the poisoning of his wife Betty Ross, and the death of his friend Jim Wilson due to AIDS.

Jo Jo Laine

She recorded with Sting and Andy Summers of The Police on her Pye Records 45 RPM "Hulk" (the B side is "Dancing Man"; the musicians from the Police possibly only appearing on the A side), and with Ray Fenwick of the group Fancy in a band called Jo Jo Laine & The Firm on Mercury Records.

Johannes Frederik Hulk

Hulk was not only a painter, but also a draftsman and owned a painting and drawing supplies store, De Rembrandt ("The Rembrandt"), on the Rokin in Amsterdam.
