A series of legal battles ensued in the late 1980s and early 1990s, with bassist Jerry Only and his brother, guitarist Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein, seeking writing credits and the rights to the Misfits name from singer/songwriter Glenn Danzig.
She was married to Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein (Paul Caiafa), the former guitarist of the American horror punk band, the Misfits.

All three songs were recorded on 2" 16-track tape at Master Sound Productions in Franklin Square, New York on August 7, 1980 with Bobby Steele on guitar, and mixed with additional guitar tracks by producer Robbie Alter and Jerry Only's younger brother, Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein (Paul Caiafa), on September 5, 1980, following Bobby's departure.
The album features the 'resurrected' version of The Misfits with Michale Graves, Jerry Only, Doyle Wolfgang von Frankenstein and Dr. Chud.
